Additionally, our watchmakers certify and authenticate all timepieces before we purchase them for our inventory. Our detailed certification process and careful reconditioning process guarantees all our watches are running great, all are authentic, and look like new!

We have chosen not to inflate the cost of our watches with added long-term warranty expenses that our customers will most likely never need. We also realize that most of our customers live outside the Dallas area and would prefer future service work to be done by a watchmaker in their area for greater convenience. This policy also eliminates extra shipping expenses by our customers when only minor adjustments and repairs might be necessary in the future. Many times round trip shipping and insurance fees can exceed minor adjustments and repair costs that could be done locally.
