Please call or email us with the online inventory number of your watch selection.

Orders may also be placed online with payment via credit card. All online orders will be confirmed by phone or email. One of our highly-qualified watch experts will become your personal assistant.

Shipping Policies

Shipments incoming to Wingate’s Quality Watches for trade, sale, repair or return should include your name, address, phone or email address and a brief description of the transaction or repair.

If you are making a return to us for an exchange or refund, please enclose a copy of your original invoice.

If you have any questions pertaining to the proper packaging or shipping of your watch or watches, please do not hesitate to call.

We recommend that you ship your watches to us either by Federal Express Priority Overnight or 2Day Delivery, United Parcel Service (UPS) Next Day or 2nd Day Air or by United States Postal Service Registered Mail.

Please arrange your own insurance coverage on your shipment. We will contact you the day we receive your watch.
